PAFSO’s AGM took place in the Cadieux Auditorium of the L.B. Pearson Building on October 7, 2009. The PAFSO Executive Committee was introduced to the members in attendance. They are: Percy Abols, John Bonar, Robert Brookfield, David De Rose, Kirk Duguid, David Edwards, Tim Edwards, Cael Husband, Pamela Isfeld, Marie-Hélène Jacques, Jonathon Kupi, Keith Lewis, Philip Lupul, Sean Morency and Allison Poff.
The 2008 Audited Financial Statements were adopted at the meeting and the budget for 2010 was approved as presented by the Executive Committee.
