Are you facing a conflict at work?

Contact a Labour Relations Advisor. We’ll take the time to hear your side of the story. And we’ll help you choose an informal resolution mechanism, whether that’s a phone call, a face-to-face meeting or a mediation session.

There are several types of conflict we can help with. More formal processes are sometimes limited to breaches of the Collective Agreement, informal conflict resolution applies to any number of issues, including interpersonal relationships and personality conflicts.

Keep track of the details. I’s important to document the events in any conflict situation. Establish a timeline of events including copies of relevant emails, notes taken during relevant phone calls and any other records of conversations. The more information you collect up front, the more effectively we can solve the problem.
