The Professional Association of Foreign Service Officers (PAFSO) is seeking an experienced Labour Relations Advisor (LRA) to join its labour relations team.
This is a working-level role for a solid, well-rounded labour relations professional who can manage files independently, provide practical advice to members, and contribute quickly in a small team environment. It is not an entry-level position and not a leadership role.
A key need for this position is fully bilingual labour relations representation capability, especially in French.
