Introduction

‘The PAFSO Constitution is the foundation of all Association activities. Last amended in October 2000, the Constitution is in need of amendments to accurately reflect changes in PAFSO, revisions to the FS classification standard, and the 2005 Public Service Labour Relations Act and current Treasury Board union dues policies and guidelines. Except for the proposed amendments, the current provisions of our Constitution remain unchanged.

Voting

We would ask you to vote on the proposed changes as a whole. Members must cast their vote electronically by emailing to vote@pafso-apase.com. Each email must indicate your last name/first name/initial, acronym (division or post), and indicate your vote – “Yes” I approve the proposed amendments to the Constitution or “No” I do not approve the proposed amendments to the Constitution. For a “No” vote, please indicate specific reservations.

All votes must be received by PAFSO by 5:30 p.m. on September 26, 2011. The result of the electronic voting will be announced at the Annual General Meeting.
