REMINDER – In accordance with Section 11 of the Constitution of the Professional Association of Foreign Service Officers, an Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2016, at 4:00pm. Please take special note that the venue this year has changed to THE SHAW CENTRE, Room 210, 55 Colonel By Drive.

As a pilot this year, members at missions will be able to listen to the AGM in realtime and submit questions to questions@pafso-apase.com. While members abroad will be able to participate in the discussion, at this time, we do not have the capacity for realtime secure electronic voting. As such, only members that are physically present will be able to vote on motions presented during the meeting.
