Voil\u00e0 le message que je vais continuer \u00e0 v\u00e9hiculer au sein du Conseil national mixte et des autres tribunes de consultation patronale-syndicale, aupr\u00e8s des parlementaires, des d\u00e9cideurs et d\u00e9cideuses et des autres parties prenantes de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur ainsi que dans les m\u00e9dias.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans le climat de restrictions budg\u00e9taires et d\u2019aust\u00e9rit\u00e9 qui \u00e9merge, l\u2019APASE s\u2019efforcera de faire en sorte que l\u2019employeur n\u2019oublie jamais que les compressions impos\u00e9es au Service ext\u00e9rieur professionnel canadien nuisent grandement \u00e0 la souverainet\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019identit\u00e9 du Canada en affaiblissant nos cadres de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nationale. Elles compromettent nos relations commerciales, notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 venir en aide aux plus vuln\u00e9rables partout dans le monde, notre influence sur la sc\u00e8ne mondiale et notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger nos compatriotes \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. Et tout cela, au moment o\u00f9 nous sommes expos\u00e9s \u00e0 des menaces sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les prochaines n\u00e9gociations pour le renouvellement de notre convention collective nous offrent l\u2019occasion de voir \u00e0 ce que nos membres soient ad\u00e9quatement r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s, prot\u00e9g\u00e9s et reconnus. Il s\u2019agira l\u00e0 de l\u2019une des grandes priorit\u00e9s pour moi et mon \u00e9quipe.
